1.Contract
All orders that you place on this website or Facebook will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Cariad Collections, will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and details of your order (the “Receipt of Order email”) and our Terms & Conditions. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send Receipt of Order to you that we have confirmed that product. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send you the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation email do not form part of that specific contract. The ownership remains with Cariad Collections until the complete payment of the order has been made.
2. Prices and Product Availability
All prices are given in £ Sterling. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery or packaging, which are added to your order on checkout. All displayed products are subject to availability. We take greatest care to update our website at the earliest opportunity. Once an item is sold out it will be marked as such (“On order”). As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is confirmed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we confirm the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible for agreement on further actions. If no payment has been made, you have the choice between an amended order and bill, a substitute product or a delivery at the time the product becomes available. In case of payment you also have the option of a refund.
3. Display on Website
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please note that all jewellery is handmade therefore some products may vary slightly in size and colour. While every effort is made to represent the products accurately, images shown may vary slightly from the actual product.
4. Shipping And Handling
Mail is dispatched using the Royal Mail. We aim to despatch within 2 working days of receipt of payment. The parcel will be shipped according to the shipment instructions that you provide with the order. All UK Orders of ‘total of goods’ £50 or less are shipped via Royal Mail using First Class Recorded (Signed For) at a cost of £3.25 plus a packaging charge of 70p is made to cover packaging materials. All UK Orders of ‘total of goods’ that exceed £35 are shipped via Royal Mail using Special Delivery Next Day free of charge. Overseas buyers please contact us for P&P prices.
5. Returns
If upon receipt of your delivery you are not happy with a product we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or refund with the exception of the Earrings due to hygiene reasons. Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Please inform us immediately.
We must be contacted within seven working days of receipt of goods by email to janedavies205@gmail.com If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the item(s), you can cancel your order by e-mailing us at janedavies205@gmail.com. If your order has already been despatched, you will need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address on your Purchase Receipt. This must be within 7 working days from the day after the day of notice of cancellation. Refunds can only be given on items received by us. If you have received a faulty item(s) we will replace or refund it. Please inform us immediately. We must be contacted within seven working days of receipt of goods by email to janedavies205@gmail.com we will refund the postage for the return of the item(s). We will not refund the delivery charge if it is part of a multiple order. Please keep a proof of postage for your records as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item(s). Please make sure that any items returned are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached, within seven working days of the date of receipt or date of notice of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued via Bank Transfer
